General Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Items that are not listed under "Non-Eligible Items for Return."
Non-Eligible Items for Return
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Health and personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics, personal hygiene products) for hygiene reasons.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- "Final Sale" or "Clearance" items explicitly marked as non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@ourstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
- Package the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@ourstore.com.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the item received was incorrect or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provided a return label.
